"Helpful support, but the delay felt avoidable"
Support did get back to me and helped fix the issue, so I’m happy with the outcome. It took a bit of back and forth to explain what was going on, which felt avoidable, but the person I spoke with was friendly and got it sorted in the end.

"I really wanted this to work out, but..."
I really wanted this to work out, but the call quality just wasn’t great for me. Some calls had an echo, and other times the voice would kinda cut in and out. I also had a few calls drop completely, which got annoying after a while. Setup was fine, but the actual calls need to be more stable. It’s not terrible, just not reliable enough for me.

"Refund took more effort than it should have"
I asked for a refund because the service just wasn’t working properly for me. Support did get back to me, but it dragged on longer than I expected, and I ended up having to explain the same issue more than once. i’m kind of tired of having to chase companies for basic stuff like this. In the end, I got part of the refund back, but not the full amount. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, just frustrating and more hassle than it needed to be.

"Decent price, but I’ve seen better value"
rntcalls.com was okay for the price, but compared to a couple of other services I’ve used, it didn’t really feel like a great deal. Some of the plans seemed reasonable enough, but a few felt a little pricey for what was included.

It worked fine for what I needed, so I’m not really upset about it. I just wish the value had been clearer upfront, because personally I’ve had better bang for my buck elsewhere. Overall, it’s not bad, but it’s not something I’d call amazing either.

It works fine for the most part, and I don’t think it’s as bad as some people make it sound. That said, I have had calls drop every now and then, which is annoying when it happens. Still, overall it does the job

"Billing was easy for me to understand..."
Billing was easy for me to understand, and I didn’t see any strange extra fees pop up later, which was nice surprise.

The invoice matched what I expected, and it was simple to check what I was actually paying for without digging around too much.

If billing keeps staying like this, I’m happy to keep using rntcalls.com. It’s always good when a stuff is just clear and simple.

"Pretty easy to get around"
I used Rntcalls and didnt have much trouble with it. The site felt straightforward, so I wasn’t sitting there clicking all over the place trying to figure out where stuff was.
Setup was quick too, which I appreciated. There wasn’t a bunch of confusing extra things in the way or anything like that. Worked fine for me, no big issues that I can rememeber

"Decent once we got it set up"
Rntcalls.com works well for our facility now, but getting everything set up wasn’t as easy as I expected. Compared to other systems I’ve used, some of the phones connected right away while others took a bit more troubleshooting and help. It’s usable at this point and does what we need, but the setup definitely took longer than I was hoping

"Easy setup, activated right away"
Setup was simple and the activation went through quickly. if it had been a hassle or taken much longer, I probably would’ve looked at other options, but everything worked fine
